An excellent service! personnel let us choose between queen size and king size at same rate ,the package included a bottle of wine the room are perfect for rest and pleasure
Spent one night here with a friend after we climbed Iztaccihuatl! The room felt like a suite with a kitchen, large bathroom and huge bedroom with vaulted ceilings. The service was impeccable. From check-in to check out we were treated so well - stay for breakfast on the patio. It’s totally worth it. Food was incredible! Also, we appreciated the hotel letting us keep our car parked even after check out so we could walk around for a few hours before we left town! Highly recommend.
My wedding night was in this hotel and I had the most amazing experience. The personnel was super nice and supportive. The rooms very clean, spacious and beautiful. Food amazing. 100% recommended.
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Cholula, Ive been staying here for years and it has kept the great service and charm. Keep in mind that the hotel only offers breakfast but you can enter / order any food you want from the outside and use their facilities. Don’t forget to visit their beautiful library.
Great place. We were in two Airbnb and one hotel room. La Pajarera is beautiful BUT a little bit difficult for our age as it is in the roof. The Colibrí is the best room in every aspect. Then, the Conejo room is not nice, the bed was the worst bed in all my vacations!. Service is good.

We had the large mastersuite with a big bathroom. All you need for a long stay. The renovated quinta has a nice patio to sit and enjoy breakfast. In 10 minutes you are at the zocalo. The hotel is an island in the busy surrunding. It is a pitty that the excellent restaurant still open in 2017 is closed for dinner now. If we are in Cholula this place is our first choice.
Excellent service! We had a minor issue with water but it was completely out of their control and they compensated us for the inconvenience. Breakfast was delicious and the suite was beautiful. The hotel is an old hacienda. Felt like we were in a telenovela. Also, the hotel manager was super helpful. Definitely will return here.
